If we ever damage your eyelashes, we will remove your extensions for free.
If you switch your services over to us due to damaging extensions from somewhere else,
we'll remove THAT for free, too!

OUR SATISFACTION POLICY
The better you look,
the better we look.
Based on the science of our services,
we allow 48 hours post-appointment for the results of your treatments to settle in.
If you experience
inexplicable loss in your Eyelash Extensions
within 48 hours after your appointment,
call us & come back in within those 48 hours
for a complimentary aftercare assessment and touch-up.
If you experience
a complete reversal of a Lash Lift
within 48 hours after your appointment,
call us & come back in within those 48 hours
for a complimentary re-Lift.
If you're ever unhappy with the styling of your services,
please tell us before you head out!
We'll make a plan with you to fix it right away.
If you decide you don't love the styling of your lashes or brows after you leave,
that's okay too - we can always adjust things at your next visit!
However, if you feel like you need a complimentary adjustment,
just let us know before you go :)
